Variant Lending is headquartered in Irvine, Ca. We are licensed in 19 states and on our way to nationwide approval. We are a direct lender and are seeking self starters with sales experience for immediate openings. No mortgage Experience is ok.

The Data Integrity Specialist (DIS) is responsible for the accumulation of information in support of the assigned Mortgage Loan Officer and Senior Processor of loan files that borrowers have completed using the company’s on-line application.

Essential Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Maintain compliance standards at all times.

• Accumulate Required Conditions for 2 clients per day

• Assist clients with completing 5 loan applications per day.

• Effective management of all leads and pipeline through our Lead Management System.

We are a full service Lender with in-house processing, doc drawing, and funding, We provide a great environment, and a great a commission scale.
